Randoms

So we have two cameras now, and these are just a few forgotten pictures from our other camera.
This was when my mom was here. All of the grandkids were at our house for a night, and we snapped a picture. L to R: Nixon, Jace, Leila, Granny, Jaylee, Leah, Giada, and up top is Bella.
Granny's favorite thing to do is give her grandkids lots and lots of kisses.
Nixon sure loves his Leila. He loves to pat her head (sometimes a little too forcefully while saying, "Bad Boy". Not sure where he got that.)
And he loves to give her kisses. A million at a time.
Jace's spring soccer season (four whole games) came to an end a few weeks ago. He had lots of fun, and was so excited to get a medal!
Jace had his preschool program on Monday. It was so cute, and I only got a couple of pictures. Brock's mom is his teacher, and Jace loves it!

There Was Some Sun!

Yesterday, since it was finally warm, we decided to have a little pool party at Jenn's house. The kids all crammed into the pool and soaked in some rays. I can't wait for summer!

These are the big kids (after Kara left with Mia and June).
Jace, Claire, Cohen, and Nixon

And here are the babies.

Mother's Day 2010

I still can't believe that I am a mother of three! I had a great Mother's Day this year. Brock let me take a long nap, and when I woke up, the house was all clean too. Pretty much nothing better than that. We had a great dinner at Brock's aunt Brenda's house. And the weather was nice enough to play outside. I am grateful to be a mom, and especially grateful to be Jace, Nixon, and Leila's mom. What a great blessing. I am also lucky enough to have the most wonderful mother myself. She is so selfless and caring. She just happened to have her U.S. training the week after Leila was born, so she got to come take care of me and the kids for a whole week. It was so nice. She is hard working, motivated, and really one of the most thoughtful people I know. I am lucky to know her at all, and much more lucky to be her daughter. I am also very thankful for my amazing mother-in-law. She is so good to me and my kids. Also one of the most selfless people I know. Happy Mother's Day to all you mothers out there! The hardest, most rewarding job in the world!

Leila Gets Dressed Up

We were invited to three baby blessings today. Unfortunately, we only made two of them. 9:00 came a little too early for us this morning. We'll get used to this having 3 kids thing one day, I hope. One of my sweet neighbors made this beautiful dress for Leila, and I am so glad that she got to wear it before she grows out of it. Thanks so much Katie! It is just gorgeous! She is also sporting one of the bracelets I made for her. Oh, and I just had to paint her cute little toenails too! I love having a girl!

Bees Game

Brock got tickets to Saturday's Bee's game in the Spring Mobile Suite. It was cold and rainy, so we were very glad to be in the suite. We invited Brock's parents and our brother-in-law Brett and his son Beckett. Leila really enjoyed her first game. We spotted the Bee in the hallway, and the boys just had to go see him. It was really fun.

Granny Came to Visit

My mom, aka Granny, came to visit this past week, and it was so much fun. She and my dad have been living in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia for the last year, and were not planning on coming for a visit until November. Then, lucky for us, my mom happened to have her yearly training in Florida the week Leila was born. She figured that as long as she was in the U.S. she had to take a week vacation and come take care of me and my new baby. It was a wonderful week of catching up, eating out, and being waited on hand and foot. We were all very spoiled while Granny was here. Nolan, Treo, and Jaylee even came up from St. George for a night. It was really fun. She got to sleep on the bottom bunk of Jace's bed, and he really misses that already. She left last night, and we are all going through withdrawals. Thank you so much mom for everything. We love you!

I wish the boys knew how to smile for the camera. Oh, and Leila is just so sad that Granny has to leave.

While she was here, she wanted to see both of my grandpas. So we went to lunch and spent some time at Grandpa Sanders' house.

And then went to see Grandfather Bingham and Elaine at their house. It was fun to see them.
