Easter With Granny and Grandpa

We celebrated Easter with the Sanders on Saturday because Dane had to work on Sunday.  We decorated eggs, then had a delicious lunch, and then went swimming while the Easter bunny hid the eggs for an easter egg hunt.  The kids all had lots of fun searching for their eggs.

No peeking!  They're all waiting to be told they can start looking

And the hunt begins!

West Bountiful Easter Egg Hunt

I took the kids to the West Bountiful Easter Egg Hunt, the day before Easter.  They had lots of fun.  They had to wait behind the yellow tape until they said go, and then they were off!  It was over so fast that I was only able to get a picture of Leila actually picking an egg up off the ground.  By the time I ran to Nixon, it was already over!  There were about a million kids!  Leila only got one, so Nixon gave her one of his three.  So sweet.  Jace found a bunch.  They wanted to play at the playground for a bit before we left, so we stayed for a minute to play.

Reading With Daddy

The kids all get to read with daddy for about 20 minutes before bedtime.  They only let me do it if daddy is out of town for some reason.  I love this bedtime tradition, and wanted to get a few pictures of the kids with their daddy.

Talon even got to listen in this time!

St. Patrick's Day

St. Patty's Day fell on a Sunday this year.  Daddy made the kids green pancakes, eggs, and milk.  The kids thought it was so fun!  Then we all got in our green for church so that we wouldn't get pinched!

Ward Party

We went to the Foxboro 2nd ward party, even though we are moved out of that ward.  Our records were still there, so technically, it was still our ward :)  It was set up like a carnival, with bean bag toss, miniature golf, other fun games, and a huge bouncy house slide.  They even hired a magician who the kids loved!  It was really fun.  Afterwards a few of us went to the park to play, and then to Robintinos for dinner.

I got to slide with Leila

Izabel's Ballerina Birthday Party

Nixon and Leila were invited to Iza's birthday party.  It was so much fun!  Leila was given a leotard and tutu, and Nixon was given a bow tie to wear to the party.  They looked so adorable!  The party was at Iza's dance studio, and two ballerinas came to show them how to dance, and to dance with them.  They played fun games, danced around, had a fun pinata, and then had cupcakes.  It was so much fun!

Leila with the birthday girl!

Lynette gave all the girls a fun star baton, so to make sure the boys didn't feel left out, she made them these fun mustaches!

Then it was time for some freestyle dancing!

It's hard to tell in the still pictures, but they were jamming
