The next weekend, we celebrated Nixon's birthday with my side of the family. Less than one month, and we'll get to include Granny and Grandpa in all of our celebrations again! Yay! We had everyone over for dinner and then did presents and cake and ice cream.

Nixon picked out Funfett cake with Strawberry frosting. I told him it was pink, and he didn't care. Just like me, if it tastes good, who cares what it looks like, right?
