St. George

My family made plans to head down to St. George for the weekend of April 14th because Nolan and Treo were going to bless Liv that day.  Since Jace was off track at that time, I decided it would be fun to invite some friends and go a few days earlier than the rest of my family.  Lynette, Lyndsey, and Jessi all came with their kids, and we had a blast!  We were there Tuesday to Friday, and just had so much fun being together.  The first day was pretty much just driving.  My kids and I left first, and got in around 4.  We went straight to Nolan and Treo's house to visit for a bit.  Then we went to dinner, and then checked in to the condo.  My parents hooked us up with a 3 bedroom penthouse, complete with a hot tub on our deck!  We got in jammies and watched TV while we waited for the others to get in.  Lynette and Jessi rolled in around 9:00 and we chatted for a bit before going to bed.
The next day we woke up, had breakfast, and then the kids got in the hot tub for about an hour or so.  It really was so nice having it right on our deck.  Then we had lunch and went down to the pool.  Lyndsey and her girls came about this time.  Then we got cleaned up, and let the kids watch a movie for a bit before heading out for dinner and then to the temple.  My cute friends were nice enough to get presents to help us celebrate Leila's 3rd birthday, so when we got back she opened presents and we sang to her.  She LOVED everything!  Pretty much all princess stuff for our little princess.  Leila had told them she wanted a piggy bank for her birthday, and while we were shopping she saw a Tangled piggy bank and immediately fell in love.  Lynette had bought her a different one, but when she saw Leila with this one she had to get it for her!  Leila loved it!  She also got some barbies and a cute Sleeping Beauty dress up.  Such a lucky little girl!  When we got the kids to bed, us moms got in the hot tub and talked for about an hour before hitting the sack ourselves.
