Lagoon With Daddy, and the Bountiful Parade - July 23

Daddy had the day off of work, so he got to come with us to Lagoon!  It's so much more fun with Daddy!  Poor Leila woke up throwing up, so since Granny is living with us, she offered to stay home with her.  Yet another reason we have loved having Granny live with us this summer!

And it was the best day ever for Nixon!  We brought Jace's Heely shoes (tennis shoes with a wheel in the heel to you can roll around) and they added an inch to Nixon, so he got to do all the big rides that he's been dying to do all summer!  Wicked, Colossus, Spider, and Wild Mouse!  And thanks to baby swap, he got to do Wicked and Colossus twice in a row!

Then we went to Lagoon-A-Beach.  Again, way more fun with daddy here!

Then back to regular Lagoon

Jace and Nixon always want to play the games, but I never let them.  Daddy let them each play the baseball game, and they won!

Granny sent us this picture while we were there.  So sad.  Little miss just laid around all day sleeping and throwing up.  

Then, by the time we got home, she was feeling so much better!  It makes me so happy when my kids aren't sick!  But she didn't want to come with us to the parade.  She wanted to hang out with Granny and Grandpa.

The boys had a blast getting all kinds of loot from the parade, and spraying everyone who drove by.  Most of the people in the parade loved it, because it was so hot outside!!
