24th of July

The Bountiful Parade was Friday night, the 20th, and we always have so much fun.  This year was even better because it was overcast, so it was hot, but not as hot as usual.  We sat by Jace's best friend from school - Aaron's family, who also happens to be Grandma K's best friend Trice's family!  We're so lucky that Shauna and her friends save our prime front row spots every year!  Once the boys saw each other, they were inseparable the whole parade.  We brought our fun bubble machine, and the kids loved it.  Grandma's other friend Kash brought some bubbles too.  Leila loved them.  Here are the kids playing before the parade started.

We always go to Grandma and Grandpa K's for an hour or so before we head up to Trice's house for snow cones, popcorn, and swimming and to watch the fireworks.  Jace and Nix were so excited to get to play with Aaron and Adam some more.
