Before and After

All of the "before" pictures are from one of our walk through's before the house was ours, so it's all of their furniture.  All of the "after" pictures are before we moved in, but after all of our painting and new carpet, so there is no furniture. Maybe one day we'll be all moved in, and I can do some after the afters pictures :)

The living room

Okay, I didn't take an "after" of this one for some reason, so here is the one with the new carpet laid out.  We painted the accent wall a little lighter too.

The master
This is obviously at a different angle.  I didn't think about that

Leila's Room
Again, a different angle.  I'm sure that will be the case a lot

The extra bedroom upstairs - one wall is blue, and one is painted super glossy and was used as a "dry erase" wall
We didn't know what we wanted to do with this one, as far as paint and decorating goes, so it's just white now.

Talon's room

I really like how the stripes turned out.  I plan to get wooden letters that say Talon, and paint them the same blue as the one stripe
The office
We painted it a brighter shade of red
This is the far side of the basement family room
This picture is from the far side of the family room, so it's the opposite angle.  We painted it gray, put in the baseboards, and carpeted
The play room
We didn't do anything except carpet this room.  This room is huge, and I love it!
Jace and Nixon's room.  Notice the awful purple carpet.
We painted the walls gray, and then did the stripes.  Their bunk bed fits in that far space, so there is lots of space in this room.
Extra bedroom downstairs
Again, this is a different angle.  We painted it gray, and did the carpet.

I'm not sure why I didn't include any pics of the kitchen or dining room, but maybe it's because we didn't really do anything to them.  We are so happy with the results.  We have to thank everyone who helped us with this huge project!  It wouldn't have happened without everyone who came and spent countless hours with us.  Well, it might have, but it would have taken a LOT longer!  We feel so blessed to have this new home, and are just so grateful for everyone who sacrificed their time and talents for us!  If only we were done, but no, there are lots more projects to get done, besides actually moving in!
