Flood in the Basement - Aug 28

After our weekend at the cabin, I went into the toy room to clean it up a bit.  I noticed that the floor was really wet right by the closet.  I opened the closet door, and saw that it was really wet, so I went to the bathroom which is on the other side of the wall.  At the back of the toilet was a tiny drip, that had been going for who knows how long!?!  Luckily our insurance was able to cover most of the work to clean it up and fix it up.  They came and ripped up the wall of the closet, since the water had soaked up the wall about 2 feet.  They ripped up the carpet, and havefans blowing it for a few days.  They'll be back to replace the drywall, fix the carpet, and replace the toilet.
